About Us
SCCOR - Supporting Courts by Creating Opportunities for Recovery is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering participants and alumni of the 4th Judicial Problem Solving Courts by connecting them to essential resources and services, including food, clothing, transportation, and housing assistance. The organization focuses on recovery through maintaining sobriety and addressing mental health and trauma in individuals' lives. "Resources helped me with starting my new job which led to staying sober"
I didn’t go hungry or depressed; glassed helped so I could see and read what was required of me, helped me get to my appointments and out of the house, kept stress off knowing I can get the necessities my kids need, I was able to maintain sobriety. Transportation support “got me to work and class on time,” clothes for work, and
helped a lot since I had no money for the items, so it helped get me started working.
“this has allowed families to provide a safer and more stable environment for their children;” helped them trust the system more; and “clients felt heard, appreciated and validated.”
